99.99% Website Uptime Guarantee

Unlike most web hosts out there offering 99.9%, we offer you a whopping 99.99% guaranteed uptime. Two 9’s make a lot of difference: a 99.99% uptime guarantee means that your website is guaranteed to remain online for all but a few minutes a month. Uptime is important for any website. You pay us for keeping your site online. If your site is not online, you do not have to pay us ... instead, we pay you. That’s true! We pay you for every minute your site is down.

(99.99% uptime) -- Guaranteed
(99.9% - 99.0% uptime) -- 10% credit
(99.0% - 98% uptime) -- 15% credit
(98% - 97% uptime) -- 15% credit
(97% - 96% uptime) -- 50% credit
(less than 95% uptime) -- 100% credit

Your account gets credited automatically with the amount and the credit can be redeemed for future invoices. There will be no cash refunds for credits issued against downtime.

Downtime on our network is rare. Server hardware or software issues may account for temporary interruptions in service, but we will keep you informed of all maintenance schedules in advance. Uptime guarantees do not include downtime that is out of our control, including but not limited to: upstream network outages, Internet backbone congestion, outages caused by acts of God, and facility power failures. Additionally, the account has to be in compliance with our TOS.

Our customer service representatives operate around the clock to walk you through the smallest of problems you might face, in the middle of the night or on a pubic holiday. Every support ticket that you create through our system is guaranteed to receive a human response within 24 hours.

If there is no response to your ticket for over 24 hours, you can request a credit of $2 per ticket.
